Returns:
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@doyleslodgeinteriors.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom items or final sale products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
